I'm sure you've heard of the phrase "Calories In, Calories Out," right?

But most people on a diet tend to "count calories" only when it comes to their food intake...

... yet they're clueless as to how many calories they are B-U-R-N-I-N-G.

You can diet, spend HOURS exercising, walking, working out in a gym, etc, and still not get the results you were hoping for.

And that's exactly what happened to me for several months when I decided to 'get back in shape.'

And it was all so frustrating, confusing, and time-consuming!
